What test do you carry out?
Material test, glue strength test, polish test, nickel free test and other applicable tests.
How is your quality management?
Quality check of material, dimensions, shape and quality control in production and final check before delivery are carried out to ensure our product quality.
What about the payment?
For the order, we need 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% before the shipment.
How to get the samples?
You just send us your detailed drawings such as PDF, AI, Corel Draw , CAD profile or real samples and then we make new samples according your design or sample, and send you for your confirmation. We will offer the samples by way of your DHL or FedEx. So please kindly inform your courier account (if you have any) before delivery to avoid delay. The Moon Exports accepts PayPal for the purchases of samples. We accepts payment via PayPal where you can pay with your credit / debit card being protected by PayPal's buyer protection program.
How about your price?
Reasonable price and high quality. The price of our products is depends on the following factor: size and structure, material kind, manufacturing difficulty, coating cost and order quantity.
How much is the tooling charge?
Depending on the tooling difficulty, For the Acetate frames and metal frames, if you order a good price or quantity, the fee may be cut off.
Can you produce according to our own design?
Yes, we can! That’s our specialty, we can make your models which your design.
- You just send us your detailed drawings such as PDF, AI, CorelDraw, CAD profile or real samples.
- We make new models according your design or sample, and send for you confirm.
- We will modify if any changes needed.
- If all ok, then you place the order, we start to do business.
- Both totally new design and making a little change of our products are acceptable (will place order on this model).
What about the delivery time?
For the first order, it is about 2 month. For the re-order, it will be 30 to 60 days or more, it's depend on the material, date time(Especially for the horn material). You are welcome to contact us for detail, thanks.
